This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the Let It Go website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only if:
• The request is raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The product is not listed under Final Sale / Non-Returnable category

Let It Go reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
• The customer must contact us via email with Order ID and reason for return
• Supporting images/videos may be required for verification
• Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be scheduled

3. Return Charges
• A ₹99 return handling and pickup fee will be deducted from the refundable amount
• In case of self-shipping, courier charges will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to an error on our part


4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are initiated only after the product passes a quality inspection at our facility
• Approved refunds will be processed to:
• The original payment method, 
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days from approval

Let It Go shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Exchange Policy
• We offer size exchanges at no additional cost, subject to stock availability
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Only one exchange per order is allowed

If the requested size is unavailable, the order may be converted into a refund.


6. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
• Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photo/video evidence is mandatory

Upon verification, Let It Go will provide:
• Free replacement, or
• Full refund

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products marked as Final Sale
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
• Products returned without original tags or packaging


8. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

Let It Go reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.


9. Limitation of Liability

Let It Go shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
• Delays in delivery or refund caused by third-party logistics or payment providers
